Yogi Gurmuk: Man must become an escape artist or else remain in a convoluted state.

While trying to escape from an impossible yoga asana last night it struck me that everything, or at least the process of enlightenment, is about exactly this:

We discover strange but nice postures as children and make them our habits. We develop even stranger postures as we go along. Yoga and breathing techniques are all about untanglement from chronic posture neurosis created by fate and karma. The escape from habitual convolutions.

"Man with a club" soundtrack by legendary non-famous Norwegian band, Ella Guru...

The soundtrack to this new film by Lama Fiat was created by Ella Guru (1990-95). A legendary non-famous Norwegian rock group that wrote evolutionary music that was immediately repressed by the infernal government and forgotten. Now another band has stolen the name (Originaly pinched from Captain Beefheart) so no trace is left of the groups magical egregore.

Through the making of this film the Lama tries to honour the spirit of the musical evolution (that almost but never happened) by adding elements of the souls journey to the experience, for his own amusement.

The Spiritual Tourism Industry may turn out to be a speculative stock market bubble heading for disaster!

“Wherever you are, you are always in the same spot!”

When this dawns on the tourist-seekers, places like Benares or Lourdes may become desolate ghost towns, experts believes, and predict a return to old fashion armchair exploration, which is much safer, and also much more environmentally friendly.

Relative Time/Space has little to offer when you reach the insight that you cannot really travel in it. No matter the shift in longitude and altitude, it is not really you who moves, but the planet. In absolute Time/Space you do not move an inch away from your matrix of incarnation, because absolute Time/space have no extension.

The apparent change of scenery may look like a relief to the casual observer, but it is really just your own demons dressing in different clothes and acting out the same old personal inner drama.

“We can only pray for a regression of consciousness”, travel agent says. “It is the only “Messiah” that can save our revenues.”

Meditation on the Cosmic Square

As Lama Fiat demonstrates in this brand new film from Astral TV Productions, squares are always four-sided. On this fact all other things rest. The four sides of the square are Air, Fire, Water and Earth. The elemental square constitute the main buildingblock of illusionary reality and works much like Lego.

"You cannot force yourself to be spontaneous,

but you can work at being true to yourself.

From this spontaneity arises (or descends) on its own will.

On its own motion".
