The Lama Letters no.1

The encounter is the real battleground where we can loose it all or create peace, depending on our willingness to see that some of the things we see in others are actually parts of ourselves.

In the group, tribe, nation or global community we can transcend our differences or remain in a state of war. It is all a matter of the willingness of the individual to accept all aspects of the self.

We realise unity through casting light on the individual and collective shadow. It is the only real path to enlightenment, and to saving the biosphere too, as far as I can see.
